4. Binge drinking and binge eating according to mood decreases:

Unlike summer, winter is called the season of depression. According to a study conducted by a research team at the University of Pittsburgh in the United States in patients with seasonal mood disorders, 27% of binge eating occurs in winter.

94% of binge eaters stopped socializing with people during the winter months, and 90% consumed more carbohydrates than usual when it was cold outside.
