This is because'eye fatigue' is the biggest chronic disease of modern people that are always exposed to PCs or smartphones. 1. Pay attention to my eyes!

When working with concentration on study or work, the gaze is fixed in one place for a long time. This causes tension in the eye muscles, which makes the eyes tired. Therefore, when working at the office or desk, it is necessary to take a 10-minute break every hour and look out the window in the distance. Experts advise that these habits have a positive effect on improving eyesight as well as improving eye fatigue.


2. Instill artificial tears!

There are many cases of yellow dust or fine dust in the spring, or foreign substances entering the eyes for various reasons. If you touch or rub your eyes at this time, it is easy to cause bacterial infection or damage to the cornea. In this case, it is a good way to wash it off naturally without irritating your eyes through instillation of artificial tears.

It is advisable to add artificial tears from time to time even when the eyes are dry as well as foreign substances. 1~2 drops at a time, 4~5 times a day is appropriate, and if the tip of the container comes in contact with the eyes, it may cause contamination, so be careful. When instilling alone, pull the lower eyelid to instill inside. If it blinks immediately after instillation, everything can escape, so it is better to close it lightly for about 1 minute instead of blinking.


3. Keep more than 60cm away from the monitor when working on the computer!

When working or working with a concentration of more than 30 minutes, it is recommended to look at the monitor from a distance of 60cm or more when looking at the monitor, and tilt the monitor screen back 10-20 degrees with the monitor slightly below your eyes.


4. Exercise your eyes!

5. Eat healthy food for your eyes!

Lack of vitamin A causes night blindness and dryness of the cornea and conjunctiva. So it's good to eat carrots, eggs, old pumpkins, green vegetables, and corn, which are rich in vitamin A. However, if you consume too much of these foods, it may lead to blurred vision and double vision
